2 weeks old

Harper had her two week doctor visit today. She weighs 7lb 6oz and is 20 in long. She has gained 1lb 2oz since birth, so she is growing really well. I guess it's normal for babies to lose weight at first and then by 2 weeks they're usually back to their birth weight. Not Harper, she is putting on the lbs.

The doctor said that everything looked good!

She has already outgrown a pair of her socks (although I'm sure if they really even fit her in the first place).

Steve didn't have work today, so he was able to come to the doctor with us. After the doctor, we went to Brooklyn's patriotic school program. Then we went to my parent's house to feed Harper. We had my family come over to watch a movie. We watched "The Proposal." It was a good time.

She had her very first spit up today. While I was putting her pajamas on, she spit up a little. I'm pretty sure I jinxed her when I told my sister that she doesn't spit up and that there have been a couple days where I didn't have to put her outfit in the dirty clothes.

She also went bald on the top of her head! Yesterday she had hair, today she is as bald as an old man. It's weird because it's not like she rubbed it off. I don't know where it went either. I just hope it grows back fast!
