Busy Life

Just a quick update on life: It's crazy right now! I'm going to school full time and working a little more than part time. Homework is nearly impossible to get done at home when Harper is awake. If I'm sitting on the floor with her she steals my pens, papers, wrinkles pages in my books, and raids my backpack. If I'm sitting at the table or computer she has to be held, but gets bored sitting there, so she starts grabbing anything she can reach. She really loves to pound on the keyboard. I love her to death! She crawls and stands up, but isn't walking yet (I'm okay with this for now). Work has been slow for Steve the last couple months, so he gets to stay home with Harper. I'm glad that he gets to be home with her, but I'm totally jealous at the same time! It's so hard to get out of bed and leave for work/school while Steve and Harper are still sleeping. Harper's FIRST BIRTHDAY is coming up and I'm so excited! She's growing up too fast, but it's so fun to watch her grow. She's at such a fun stage where she just babbles and is getting her cute little personality! I'm so thankful for my job. I get paid decent and I get to come and go as I need to for school. The girls I work with are great! School is pretty stressful, but I'll get by. I'll hopefully student teach and graduate next spring (2012). I'm scared to death to do my student teaching, but I try not to worry about it since it's a year away. Steve still goes riding and has a desert race coming up that he is pretty excited about. I'm on Humanitarian Committee for Church, it's a nice calling. There's not a ton of work involved. Steve teaches the 13/14 year old Sunday school class every other week. Harper and I go with him when he teaches because I don't like grown up Sunday school. That's about it for now!
