Bear Lake

We drove to the north shore to the only spot where there was beach. There was quite the line to get in, but it wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be. We were able to get a spot and it was nice that we didn't have to walk a mile with our chairs, bags, and coolers to get to the water. It was just right there.
Owen just hanging out, waiting to get to the beach.
Max, Jake, and Monica laying out.
Harper loved the sand and this little "hot tub" the kids made.

From the water, I could only see the top of Harper's head in her little hole.
Grandma and Harper eating some lunch.
McKenzie and Alexa
The water wasn't too bad this year, last year it was freezing!
The line up of "Baywatch Babes" (every time we come to Bear Lake, we like to pretend we are lifeguards from Baywatch and run in the water to rescue a drowning person).
Amy, Alexa, McKenzie, Melanie, Mandi and Me
We made quite a scene!
We had to run forever out there before it was deep enough to dive, but then we were all too tired.
Playing in the water and laying out. Steve went riding his dirt bike and wouldn't even put on his swim suit when he got back. He was a party pooper (just ask Amy and Alexa, they made up quite the song)!

The cute Prego Lady trying to stay cool. She is due in a few weeks! After the day at the beach, we went to LaBeau's for dinner. Mandi holds her hamburgers so weird that she had to borrow Annette's so I could take a picture. She one hands it, it's the most bizarre thing I've ever seen!
We had such a great day at the beach! It was perfect weather and the water felt really nice!
