Steve went back to work today. Harper had a doctors appointment this afternoon. It sure is a challenge to go places with a baby and it's going to take some getting used to.
She was the hit of the doctor's office. I've been going there for my allergy shots for 2 1/2 years, so they all know me there and they all wanted to see Harper.
The doctor said that everything looked good. She gained 2 oz since birth. He said babies usually lose weight at first, so it was great that she had gained. She now weighs 6 lbs 6 oz and is still 19 inches long. She eats well, poops great, and does not spit up - what more could we ask for?! She had to get her heal pricked one more time for blood. She was not a fan of it this time.
Amy, Jason, Owen, Nixon, Monica, Amberly, Mom, and Dad all came over tonight to visit.
