Counter Tops

We got our cabinets in on Wednesday! I think they look good! This is the island and a little prep sink. I should have taken this picture from the other side, but that little table is connected to the island. The cabinet guys messed up a little bit, the island was supposed to be higher than the rest of the cabinets (like the Clarks) and then the table that's connected was supposed to be even with the other cabinets. Instead, the island is the same height as the rest of the cabinets and the table is standard table height. It's still fine, but kind of frustrating. I still think the cabinets and countertops look really good.
Here is the main sink in the kitchen and some more counter top space. You have no idea how excited I am to cook in this kitchen! We have NO counter space in our apartment right now. The drainboard barely fits on the counter! It's bad.
This is the main bathroom countertop. I think I'm a fan of the built in sink, it looks like it will be easy to clean.
This is the master bathroom. I like the wall color, don't get me wrong, and I think Steve and Dave did a really good job glazing, but I think with the counter top and tile, it all looks a little too similar. Like it's just a little too much. I don't know, you guys will have to let me know what you think. I just feel like I need a little more contrast in there. But then I feel bad painting over what Steve and Dave spent a lot of time on. So we'll see.
This is probably one of my favorite parts of the kitchen (Steve's idea). The cook top is above these white drawers. Then you just pull these little posts out and there are all your spices! We don't have that many spices, but it sure is fun!

I love your cabinets and sinks, you are a lucky girl. I can't tell exactly from the picture but the bathroom does look like it could use a little contrast, that's the bad side of husbands and family doing the work, you feel bad when things don't work out just like you planned them and that can get awkward!!
