I ordered a pregnancy work out dvd online a few weeks ago. I finally did it for the first time today. It was really basic and easy, basically just moving around. It was just 20 minutes of cardio. There's a toning workout that I want to try tomorrow. I want to start exercising regularly again and I was hoping this dvd would help. We'll see how long I stick with it!
I haven't weighed myself forever and I don't really pay attention when they weigh me at the dr.'s office, so I decided to weigh myself this morning. I weigh 144 lbs. I didn't really like the looks of that. I think the last time I weighed myself (before I was pregnant) I was like 125-130.I've been feeling kind of ravenous lately. I've got a major sweet tooth and am constantly wanting (and giving in) treats. I need to cut back.
These are the first pictures I've taken of my naked pregnant belly. I took them after my workout. (Don't mind the ugly faces in the pictures).
I've got the dark line going down my belly (can't see it very well in this picture).
It always surprises me how big my belly is when I take pictures. It doesn't look or feel that big to me when I just look down at it.
