36 W + 3 D

It's been awhile since I've had belly pictures taken, so I had Steve snap a couple of me in between his video games. These pictures were actually taken last night. My friends that I used to work with had a shower for me yesterday and I got a lot of cute clothes for Peach. I was a slacker and didn't take pictures, but I wanted to thank them!

I had a doctor's appointment today. Steve didn't have work today, so he got to go with me. She started to check if I'm dilated at this appointment - not the funnest experience. She said that I'm 1/2 cm and effacing nicely. I've been planning on going past my due date, but she said that she would be surprised if I went past my due date, so we'll see. I am measuring 34 inches. The baby is head down, so that is good too! She also did the Strep B test, but the results take a few days for that.

I've started working on the nursery. We are waiting for the crib to get here. We had ordered one from Stork Landing on Oct. 24 and to make a long story short, it was on "back order" and last week it still hadn't even been shipped. They told me several different times that they'd have a for sure delivery date for me, but last Monday they were still using that line on me. After much frustration, we got a full refund of our money and left the store. We ended up ordering one from Walmart.com.

Lately everyone has been asking me if I'm ready to just be done being pregnant. I'm not ready at all. For one, I'm scared to death of labor and delivery. For two, I've quite enjoyed being pregnant. I have been blessed with an easy pregnancy, just a couple minor complaints here and there, but overall, it's been great! I love to feel her move around, which she has been doing a ton lately!
