Harper usually doesn't take a morning nap anymore, but she must have been too worn out from the weekend. I was in the bathroom getting ready at about 10:30 and after she had some crackers and a drink she curled up on the mat and fell asleep. It was too sweet.
Every Wednesday, Amberly volunteers at the hospital for a couple hours tidying up the waiting room and straightening magazines. She has been doing this for a few years now and loves it. A couple times a year, they hold a dinner for the volunteers. They let them bring one person with them, so Amberly invited me (and we had to take Harper because there was no one to watch her). It was at Willow Park and it was Pirate themed. We had dinner, live entertainment (two guys with guitars and singing), and did a little pirate quiz. They gave prizes to the people with the most correct answers. Then they did a prize for the person with the least amount of correct answers. It was pretty fun. And it was decorated really cute.
