Craft night

Awhile ago, my sisters and I went to IKEA and they had some fabric on sale for really cheap, so we bought some to make handbags. Angela didn't want to buy any cause she said we'd never make them, but Amy and I made her buy it anyway. Well, sorry Ang, we started them without you. Maybe if you would come visit us you could make them with us. Don't worry, we didn't get too far. The night started out with us busting the leg of the table (sorry mom!) We just went to move the kitchen table and the leg came off, so it must have been broken before.
The trusty sewing machine! I don't have one, so I have to borrow Amy's, which will make our projects take longer.
Here are our supplies for our bags. We both ended up measuring wrong, so we decided these will just be our practice bags. We got all our pieces cut out and started to sew the front pocket, and we figured out that sewing is really hard.

I hate our bags! I hope that one day we will finish them and that the sewing machine will cooperate and that we will all of the sudden start to love sewing and that we can make one for everyone we know!
