In Cove, there is a pea patch that you can go to and pick your own peas. The people who own them are really nice. They just have signs out that say you can pick your own peas and pay what you want. They have a picnic table set up with an umbrella and a cooler of water in case you get too hot picking your peas. (They also had signs for corn that will be ready to pick in August - can't wait for that!) Anyway, my mom would make me go there and pick peas with her. So, she has asked me a couple weeks ago if the "pea" sign was up yet, but I didn't know, and I'd been meaning to drive out there and see, but have spaced it until last night on my way home. So I went out there and the signs were up. So I picked me a good - sized bag full. I'm going to take some to mom today, but she'll probably want to go back tonight to get more - she loves fresh peas!

Oh that is just rude...a guy at rich's work brought some peas the other day and Rich called me to see if i wnated soem he said there is a huge bag....so he brings home the bag and there was not very many at all, just enough for a good tease, I was relaly mad at him. I want some so bad!!
I picked peas last week. I was going to do this exact same post, but forgot to. I love pea pickin! I took some to mom too. I ate lots yesterday. Delish!
