Vaughn, Gwen, and Rob all went hunting on Saturday. This year, Vaughn drew out for a bull moose! That is a once in a lifetime opportunity. They were pretty excited! I don't know much about hunting, but I've been learning a little. Steve's parents and Rob are way into hunting. They have already been quite a few times this year to scope out the canyon. He shot this moose up Scare Canyon.
I'm still not quite sure how I feel about hunting, but I think it's awesome he got his moose! Rob also got a tag for a bull moose, so he's still waiting to get his.
Vaughn told us that Gwen and Rob were way more excited about the moose than he was. They are planning on mounting it and hanging it on their wall with all of their other animal friends. Their house really is cool; it's got the cabin feel to it. I like it, not exactly my type, but it's fun to be there, especially in the winter.

Really, I am crying a little right now. I don't like a dead moose. I like to see them living and carefree, galloping through the wilderness. I am not mad at Vaughn. I understand that people like to hunt(not sure why)but whatever.
I am not a fan of hunting either but I don't really have a problem with it. I am just glad Eric likes dirt bikes more than hunting :) Congrats on the moose though. I will have to tell Eric.
