Fun with the Clark kids

The Clark kids slept over last night. This morning, we had cinnamon rolls and strawberry frappes for breakfast.

After breakfast, we got showered and ready for the day. The kids helped me with some chores around the house to earn flowers to buy for Melanie. Then we made bird nests out of chocolate covered pretzels. They were really messy, but fun to make.

Here are the ones I made. I couldn't resist making some. I thought it was a fun Easter project and the Clark kids love to do projects.

Natalie invited us to go to lunch and Willow Park. We were still kinda full from breakfast so we decided we'd just meet them at the park. Natalie, Tug, Stone, Lindsay, Kendrick, Gwen, McKall, Kennedy, and Marshall were all there. We walked around Willow Zoo with them. Brooklyn took this picture of a bird.

Natalie and those guys left after the zoo, but the Clark kids wanted to go to the park, so we went to the park for a bit. They loved this little merry-go-round. I spun them as fast as I could and they'd start screaming. They were on it for so long that their stomachs were queasy and they couldn't even eat half a sandwich for lunch.

After the park, we went and bought flowers for Melanie and went to the hospital so they could see their baby brother. Brooklyn and Jake were really anxious to see him again, they couldn't stop talking about him the whole time they were with me.
