Sprinkler Fun!

I started my day off like this:

Until Owen/Amy called me to play in the sprinklers. I was going to get a lot done on the house today, but there was no way I was passing up playing in the sprinklers.

My parents neighbor (mine and Amy's old Young Women's leader) was outside doing some stuff and she kept yelling at us to put some clothes on, but we kept telling her to take some clothes off. It was pretty funny!

One of my mom's neighbors drove past and a little bit later called my mom and asked why we were in the front yard playing. So my mom told her that the sun is better in the front. Every summer growing up, we would lay out in the front yard and my mom never understood why, but we were all convinced that the sun is better in the front yard.

After the harassment from the neighbors (they actually all love to see us out front), we decided to move it to the back yard.

I went home and showered and then came back to my parent's house for a birthday party for Amy. The Copes made if for dessert. Alexa came home with me for a sleepover.
