Temple Square

This morning we went and walked around Temple Square. It was beautiful! Everyone always goes to Temple Square in December to look at all the lights, but we highly recommend going in the spring. It was incredible!

Families are Forever

The feeling inside Temple Square is amazing. Even though we didn't go to Church today, we still felt the spirit. I know that I am a member of the true church and that Jesus Christ lives and I will get to live with Him again someday. I know that He suffered and died for me. I'm so thankful for the plan of salvation. I'm thankful for President Monson and for his guidance. I know that he is a true prophet called of God.

For Mother's Day, we had dinner out at Vaughn and Gwen's house. Gwen opened her gifts and then we had dessert. Then we went to my mom and dad's house and they had just finished with dinner. We gave my mom her gifts and had dessert (again!)

I am so thankful for my mother and mother-in-law. They have both taught me so much! They are great examples and have strong testimonies of the church. They are both so giving and self-less. They are both beautiful. They raised wonderful children. I look up to and admire them so much! I hope to be as good of a mother as they both are some day.
