Steve went riding today down to a track in Salt Lake. He usually goes with a friend, but today he went by himself cause nobody could go with him. Later that night, we went to Wal Mart together to finish up some father's day shopping. I bought some belly butter to help with stretch marks. Even though I'm not showing yet, I'm going to start to use it, because I want to do what I can to prevent stretch marks (or keep them to a minimum).
So anyway, as we were walking out of Wal Mart, Steve informed me that he had told someone that we're pregnant. I kinda freaked a little, but he told me it was a guy at the track that he doesn't even know. I guess Steve was riding the track pretty fast, but would slow down for this big jump. So some guy came up to him and asked him why he wasn't hitting that jump since he was doing the rest of the track really well. So Steve told him that he's being really careful because he's expecting his first baby. So, hopefully our secret doesn't get out to anyone else.
I'm still worried that one of us will accidentally slip and say something to our families or friends. It's hard to keep this a secret.
I'm still not having morning sickness. Sometimes, I wake up in the middle of the night with really bad stomach pain (like cramps and gas combined). So I get up and go to the bathroom, I end up just going pee. I get back in bed and my stomach will still hurt, but I won't have any problem falling back asleep. Also, sometimes in the morning, I feel a little sick until I eat something. I need to wake up earlier so I can eat breakfast at home instead of waiting until I get to work to eat.
So far, so good. I can't wait until my doctor's appointment!
