Lacquered Bar & Salt Lake

I took my final this morning, ran some errands, and came home to this....

Steve got the bar lacquered and I guess he had a heck of a night with the sprayer (another good reason not to be home)!

It turned out way awesome!
He started masking everything off this morning to get ready to paint.

I showered, packed, and left again. My family planned this little trip to Salt Lake. Steve wanted to stay home and work on the basement, so I just went without him. I made a couple stops on the way and met my family at Little America. We went to McDonald's for dinner and then went back to the hotel to swim. We were going to go to Temple Square, but decided it was too cold and there were too many of us, so we just hung out at the hotel.

I drove to McDonalds with the Copes and we got back to the hotel first and didn't have a room key, so we had a little photo shoot in the lobby.
