Merry Christmas!

Steve and I slept under the Christmas tree last night. We woke up and opened presents from each other. Then Steve made his delicious hot chocolate, so we had that and cinnamon rolls. We hung out a home for a bit and then headed to my parents house.
The Harris's were there when we got there, so we just hung out and waited for everyone else to get there.

By the time the Copes and the Clarks got to mom and dad's it was time for us to go out to Steve's parents house. Dinner was at 3:00. It was delicious. We had ham, funeral potatoes, rolls, and salad. After we got dinner cleaned up, we opened presents.
Baby Peach even got a couple presents! Natalie gave her a darling pair of shoes. And Grandma Gwen gave her a blanket that she made, it's pink and brown and so cute! And Great-Grandma Jackson gave her/me some money to pick something out with.
After Paradise, we headed back to my parent's house and Melanie had planned this activity for us. We went downstairs and all sat on the floor and watched part of "The Nativity." Then we passed around food that they would have eaten back then. We had chicken, pita bread, nuts, cheese and crackers, grapes, and grape juice. We watched a little more while we ate. It was a really fun activity and it reminded us all what Christmas is about. I hope we do this every year.

Then we went back upstairs and opened presents and just hung out. Angela also gave baby Peach a Christmas present - a darling owl blanket that she had made.
