Little Yule Often is a Danish tradition that we celebrate every year with my family. We sure missed the Cope family, the Keller family, and Grandpa Hansen this year, but we still managed to have a good time!
Monica always makes sugar cookies and then we all frost them.

Dad always makes the fry cake batter.
Mom hovering over dad and telling him that he needs to cut them smaller, or bigger, or they're too fat, and to make them all the same size.
Amy and I flipped most of them this year. Dad made Melanie flip one, but she was not happy about it! It sure was quiet without Angela yelling at dad and throwing the ugly fry cakes back at him.
