SLC

What we did today:
Sat in the lobby at Little America deciding what to do.

Took pictures

Rode Trax to The Gateway

Got a pep talk from Melanie about sticking together and not complaining

Ate at The Gateway food court, went to the Planetarium, went to a couple stores, spent the rest of our time in Build-a-Bear
Stood in the train station for a good amount of time deciding what to do next

The Harris's left and the rest of us went to The Grande America to look at Ginger Bread houses. Went back to Little America and decided what to do next. Mom didn't want to go home tonight because of the storm. I really wanted to go home tonight and had driven myself for this very reason. Mom wouldn't decide what to do, so I decided that I was going home and whoever wanted to go with me could. The Copes went on their way. Amberly and I braved the storm. Mom, Monica, Melanie, Kenzie, Brooklyn, Brinlie, and Korver stayed over another night. Amberly and I made it home safely. Mom didn't want us to go, but the canyon was not bad when we went through it. I was glad to have Amberly's company and encouragement, as soon as we got on the freeway, she said, "Not bad so far" and I was like, "Yeah, it didn't snow here. It's the canyon we're worried about." She was also concerned about whether she should drink her refill (that we got in Farr West) tonight, or save it for tomorrow. She's funny!

I had to stop at Lee's for some milk, so I didn't get home until around midnight, but this is what I came home to...
Steve painted the entire basement while I was gone! I was so surprised at how much he got done!
Now I get to clean the basement again!
