The first week of school was good. It is kinda weird to be back in college, but it will be good for me. My classes don't seem too hard. I've got 4 classes - 11 credits. I had another class, but dropped it when I realized that I didn't even need to take it. And I tried to get into a sewing class, but it was full and no one in the class was willing to give up their spot for me - jerks!
But I am especially excited about a class that I was able to get into on Monday night. It's Culinary Basics. We have lecture on Mondays and Wednesdays and then lab on Thursdays. I can't even wait! Even though it's a 7:30 am class, I still look forward to it. For a small class fee ($175 to be exact) we got to pick up a knife set that includes: 2 knives, a knife sharpener, a vegetable peeler, a thermometer, an apron, and a chef hat. I cannot even tell you how excited I was for the chef hat! I modeled for Steve when he got home. (He was going to take my picture, but then I got a phone call and he wasn't patient enough to wait to take it when I got off the phone).

that is AWESOME!! i didn't realize you were going to take a cooking class. $175 is pretty steep but i believe it. alexa's jr hight sweing class is going to cost me $60-$75 bucks!! OUCH!!!
