Grandpa's office

This morning, Steve and I went and helped my dad move stuff from my grandpa's office to a storage shed. My parents manage all of my grandpa's properties and they finally sold one! They sold Cresthill probably about a month ago and the "office" that was there in the back went with it. So, my dad has to move everything out of it and into a storage shed until he builds himself a new shop.

If you didn't know my grandpa, that man collected EVERYTHING that was left behind or that he ever found. He never threw ANYTHING away. I mean, we're talking bottles of shampoo with not even two washes worth in them, empty oil containers, random scraps of useless wood, pictures that were left behind for a reason, shovels and rakes up the butt, a couple books, parts of old tools that no one knows their purpose, an old, rotten baby carriage (bottom left picture)....you name it! Nothing against my grandpa, but seriously, just look at those pictures. And that wasn't even all of it, Rich and my dad worked on it yesterday and there's junk all up in the rafters; any free space that was there, he occupied!
Jason came a little later and helped us too. I laughed my head off when I saw his socks (bottom right picture, he had just got done playing basketball)! We took two loads to storage and then met up with everyone for lunch at Wendy's. The others went and helped (or hindered, not really sure which one) after lunch, Steve and I left to get ready for our housewarming party.

My sisters did find some cute dishes and spoons that my grandpa confiscated from a renter that refused to pay his rent, so we divvied those out!
