While Michelle and Nick were at work, Steve and I drove to the coast to Cannon Beach. When we got there, we walked around the shops.
There were a lot of cute shops, but we didn't buy anything.
We ate lunch at Morris' Fireside Restaurant. I had the best BLT of my life! They made it on egg bread, whatever egg bread is, it's delicious! And there were a lot of thick slices of bacon on it. I even enjoyed the tomato on it. Steve had a delicious hamburger.
Then we went to the beach. It was beautiful! It was super windy and too chilly for our swimsuits, so we just walked around for a bit.
The waves were humongous.
Like I said, it was windy!
Steve enjoyed walking on the beach as much as I did (and he's not a beach lover).

I love seashells! There were a lot of Sand Dollars, but they were all broken. I was pretty disappointed until I found this seashell that looks like a boobie! I looked for another one, but couldn't find one.
These rocks are awesome!
I love Cannon Beach and want to go back!

I have family in Vancouver and when we went last fall I so wish we would have gone to the coast but with wedding plans, and my sister's need to shop, we were not able to go. I told Eric we are going to plan and go another time and do the touristy thing. I was not a fan of Downtown Portland. All the one way streets and homeless people! It was cool to go but I don't think I need to go again. It was just grungy.
Beautiful pics though! Sorry about the uniboob. ha ha.
